About C&M Excavation

C&M Excavation is a medium sized Commercial General Contractor with their operational office located in Sherwood, Oregon. We specialize in excavation and utility infrastructure projects in both the Public and Private Sector. We are managed by two principal partners, Bill and Jerry Sproul. The majority of our contracting work will fall under the Bid/Build or CM/GC format and will include the necessary Bonding. From Wetlands to Deep Sewer Construction, you will want us on your "TEAM".
